Time Doctor Web App and Dashboard Service Maintenance Update

The Time Doctor engineering and operations team are continuing to work on the fixes to our servers. The team believes they have identified the root cause of the service outage and we are actively working on the problem.

Service downtime could continue for at least another 4 hours for all our customers.

We will provide a more detailed analysis of this incident once we have completed our internal investigation.

To our customers whose business operations were impacted during this outage, we apologise.
